What is fidgr?

fidgr is a one-minute mental reset app. It has two parts: Play, a set of simple tactile fidget toys, and Reset, a set of guided one-minute calming sessions like breathing and rain sounds.

Is fidgr free?

Play is free forever. Reset is free during its current beta period. fidgr does not show ads.

Do I need an account to use fidgr?

No. fidgr has no sign-in and no account system. You open the app and use it.

What's the best app to calm down before a meeting?

A one-minute breathing or fidget app works well before a meeting because it fits into the small gap you actually have. fidgr is built specifically for that sixty-second window between one thing and the next.

How long should a mental reset take?

One minute is usually enough. A short, complete pause is easier to return to than a longer break, and it fits into a workday without becoming another thing to schedule.

Are fidget apps actually helpful for restlessness or anxiety?

For many people, a simple repetitive tactile action gives restless hands something to do and can make a stressful moment easier to sit through. fidgr's Play toys are built for exactly that.

What's the difference between fidgr's Play and Reset modes?

Play is four tactile toys — Pop, Click, Slide, and Spin — free forever, for restless hands. Reset is four guided one-minute sessions — Rain Window, Breathing, Still Point, and Release — for a calmer mind.

What's the difference between a fidget toy and a fidget app?

A physical fidget toy stays on your desk. A fidget app stays in your pocket, giving you the same restless-hands relief anywhere your phone is.

Does fidgr work without an internet connection?

Play and Reset are built to work as a standalone app experience once installed, without needing a live connection for the core sessions.

What does fidgr do with my data?

fidgr collects anonymous usage analytics to understand how the app is used. There is no account system, so there is no personal profile tied to your usage. See the privacy policy for details.
